    okie so I have a dance in like 3 weeks and I just want to look and feel good with myself by then and one of my biggest insecurities are my arms! they're lowkey fat but it just looks sooo bad whenever I wear a dress and yeah! ­čÖü if I do this for three weeks, would I lose arm fat?´╗┐
